At QuintoAndar, the Technical Lead Manager (TLM) role is designed for Senior+ Software Engineers who aspire to balance technical leadership with people management. TLMs play a critical role in defining technical strategies, driving high-quality implementation, and supporting their team members' growth and priorities. The position requires a robust technical background paired with a genuine passion for mentoring and managing people.
Unlike traditional management roles, TLMs typically oversee a smaller number of direct reports and have a more focused scope of management.
