Your mission

  • Develop Graph Neural Network (GNN)-based AI models to optimize autonomous decision-making and swarm coordination for UAVs
  • Design multi-agent reinforcement learning (MARL) algorithms utilizing GNNs for real-time UAV communication and distributed intelligence
  • Implement graph-based message passing and decentralized learning to enhance UAV swarm behavior under dynamic conditions
  • Work on graph-based trajectory prediction, collision avoidance, and swarm path optimization
  • Integrate GNN models with sensor fusion data (Radar, EO/IR, RF, Lidar, Acoustic) for robust decision-making in contested environments
  • Optimize low-latency, energy-efficient inference of GNN models on edge computing hardware (Jetson, FPGA, Neuromorphic Chips)
  • Conduct simulation-based validation (Gazebo, AirSim, CARLA) and real-world testing of GNN-based UAV coordination models
  • Ensure compliance with military AI standards (MIL-STD, ITAR, NATO STANAGs, AI Ethics in Autonomous Systems)

Your profile

  • 5+ years experience in Graph Neural Networks, Reinforcement Learning, or Multi-Agent AI
  • Expertise in GNN architectures (GCN, GAT, GraphSAGE, Diffusion Networks) for distributed AI decision-making
  • Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow/PyTorch, DGL, or PyG (PyTorch Geometric)
  • Strong knowledge of graph-based path planning, decentralized control, and swarm intelligence
  • Experience in real-time AI inference on embedded UAV platforms (Jetson, Edge TPU, FPGA, Neuromorphic Computing)
Nice to have
  • Experience in military UAV swarms, real-time adversarial decision-making, and AI-driven electronic warfare (EW)
  • Background in differentiable graph learning for real-time UAV adaptation
  • Knowledge of biologically inspired swarm intelligence and quantum-enhanced GNNs
