Job DescriptionAs a Talent Acquisition Specialist at a startup developing a “Construction Design AI” SaaS product, you will support the full recruitment cycle, contributing to strategy planning and execution across the organization. Working closely with the Head of Recruitment and the broader recruiting team, your mission is to drive recruitment success within a global setting.
Recruitment Strategy Support- Assist in developing and refining recruitment strategies in line with organizational goals and objectives- Support initiatives to enhance global talent acquisition, diversity, and inclusion in coordination with the Head of Recruitment
Recruitment Planning and Execution- Implement day-to-day recruitment activities including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews- Contribute to creating an optimal candidate experience through efficient communication and follow-up- Work alongside hiring managers to understand team requirements and help implement targeted hiring plans

Requirements[Required]- Practical experience in recruitment or HR functions, ideally within a technology or startup environment- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive approach to coordination and follow-up- Business-level proficiency in English- Middle-level proficiency in Japanese
