FutureSight is hiring an experienced and visionary Founding CEO for a new B2B SaaS company reimagining Customer Success through AI. This venture is building the next stage of Customer Success Management by proactively engaging every account to retain, expand, and delight. The platform monitors usage signals, surfaces next-best actions, and generates hyper-personalized outreach—unlocking higher revenue retention, net-new expansion, and leadership-ready insights for customer teams.
We’re aiming to launch in Q3 2025.
Work is already underway. Dozens of customer discovery interviews are complete, we’ve validated the problem, and early pilot interest is secured.
As Founding CEO, You Will:
- Own the thesis & roadmap — Lead customer discovery, sharpen our wedge, and craft a focused GTM motion
- Build the product — Collaborate with FutureSight’s product/engineering pod to ship V1
- Win early customers — Run commercial pilots, test pricing, and validate retention + expansion
- Raise capital — Lead the seed round, supported by traction and FutureSight’s investor network
- Build your team — Hire your core team and set the cultural foundation for scale

- Alan Smith – Globally recognized early stage validation expert, 24 products launched, an exit, 5M+ books sold
- Prathna Ramesh – Early-stage investor and capital strategy advisor

What You Bring to the Table
- Founder-level drive — You’re motivated to co-found a new venture as the CEO. With or without us, this is your calling.
- Startup scrappiness — You know what you’re signing up for. You’re familiar with the scrappiness of owning something from start to finish
- Previous founding experience — You have co-founded a product company or B2B SaaS venture or have been at a venture-backed company

- GTM chops — Experience in B2B SaaS sales, marketing, and customer engagement
- AI & data curiosity — You know how to turn product usage and CRM data into customer impact
- Fundraising fluency — Able to tell a compelling investor story and close capital
- People leadership — Magnet for talent; sets culture and inspires teams
Bonus:
- Prior experience with CS tooling (Gainsight, Totango, Catalyst, etc.)
- Exposure to LLMs, agentic workflows, or predictive analytics
- Strong network in B2B SaaS, especially within CS or RevOps communities
