Target Range:

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive data science, data products, and monetization strategy.
• Lead a team of data scientists and analysts to build and deploy machine learning models and data-driven solutions.
• Explore existing and new data sources to identify innovative ways of activating revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business units to identify and prioritize data monetization opportunities.
• Drive the creation of data products and services that generate revenue and enhance customer experiences.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of data infrastructure, including data marts, data warehouses, and data pipelines.
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve data science and monetization capabilities.
• Provide thought leadership and guidance on data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Ideate and work with lines of business to build proof of concepts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and data monetization.
• Proven track record in driving significant increases in revenue by leveraging data.
• Proven track record of leading data science teams and delivering successful data-driven projects.
• Strong understanding of data infrastructure, data warehousing, and data engineering.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, and programming languages, such as Python or R.
• Experience in the financial services and/or securities industry.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to data privacy and security.
