This Role As a Full Stack Engineer on the Regulatory AI Deployment Team at Norm AI, you will be at the intersection of software engineering and client solutions delivery. Working directly with our enterprise clients and executive team, you will architect and implement AI-driven compliance solutions that integrate seamlessly with their existing workflows. You will also be directly involved in conversations with Norm CEO and key stakeholders at enterprise clients.
You Will
Lead technical implementation efforts with enterprise clients, ensuring our AI compliance solutions are effectively deployed at the source of business activities inside large enterprises
Work closely with client technical teams to understand their infrastructure, security requirements, and compliance needs
Design and implement scalable solutions that ensure compliance checks are performed upstream in the client's business processes
Contribute to both our core product development and client-specific customizations, maintaining a balance between standardization and flexibility
Drive technical discovery sessions with clients to identify deployment opportunities and challenges
Develop and maintain technical documentation for client implementations
Collaborate with our legal engineering team to translate regulatory requirements into practical technical solutions
Skills & Experience - Core
Bachelors or Masters in computer science or an equivalent field, or equivalent practical experience
2+ years experience writing Python or similar for production use
Experience writing APIs, including working with libraries such as FastAPI
Experience working with a Postgres database or similar
Experience working directly with enterprise clients on software deployment
Excited to work/iterate with customers
Skills & Experience - Pluses
Experience with React/TypeScript and Next.js
Experience working in a startup and handling highly ambiguous requirements and situations
Background in compliance or regulatory technology
