THE ROLE

Join our Efficiency Team as a Full Stack AI Developer, where you'll be at the forefront of transforming business processes through innovative AI solutions. In this role, you'll develop comprehensive AI applications that enhance operational efficiency across our organization. You'll work together with our Business Process Analyst and Automation Engineer to create seamless, integrated systems that drive productivity and innovation. Experience in building enterprise-grade customer service chatbots is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities

AI Application Development:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full stack AI applications that streamline business processes.
• Integrate AI models with both front-end and back-end systems to ensure robust and user-friendly applications.

Collaboration & Integration:

• Work closely with the Efficiency Team to translate business process insights into effective AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI applications with existing systems.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

• Research and implement cutting-edge AI technologies and frameworks to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in AI and full stack development.

Optional Chatbot Development:

• Utilize experience (if applicable) in building enterprise-grade customer service chatbots to enhance customer interaction channels.

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU

Technical Expertise:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on AI and machine learning applications.
• Strong proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Node.js, etc.).
• Experience with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) and RESTful API design.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization tools is highly desirable.

Collaborative Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication skills to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in developing enterprise-grade customer service chatbots is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
