Job Title: Senior Generative AI Developer

Years of Experience: 7+ Years

Position Overview: Zensar Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior Generative AI Developer with deep knowledge of Generative AI principles and expertise in Multi-Cloud Platforms (MCP), Agent-to-Agent (A2A) integrations, and related Google technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement generative AI models and applications that leverage MCP and A2A frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for AI solutions.
• Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Integrate Google technologies and tools to enhance AI capabilities, including Google Cloud AI services, BigQuery, and TensorFlow.
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in generative AI and cloud technologies.
• Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to ensure seamless integration of AI models into production environments.
• Develop and maintain documentation for AI solutions, including design specifications, user guides, and technical reports.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed AI applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on AI and cloud technologies.
• Deep understanding of generative AI concepts, methodologies, and frameworks.
• Expertise in Multi-Cloud Platforms (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) integrations.
• Proficiency in Google Cloud technologies, including Google AI Platform, BigQuery, and TensorFlow.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
• Experience with AI model development frameworks and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with data engineering and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.
• Relevant certifications in cloud technologies or AI.
