Job Description

We are looking for a world-class entrepreneur to take on the role of a Technical Founder for an exciting AI company in our incubation pipeline, which has the validated potential to become a multi-million ARR app withing months, similar to apps like Lovable or Cursor (though we are not a dev-tool). This venture can scale very quickly with the right leadership and has already been validated on various dimensions. The go-to-market is already effectively lined out.

As an Technical Founder you will be the driving force behind designing and building an innovative Consumer AI-focused company, from building the initial prototype to market launch and beyond. This role requires a strong combination of technical skills, business acumen, and leadership capabilities. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clarify user requirements and technical feasibility
• Build and launch an MVP
• Define the company's product roadmap and long-term goals with relevant milestones
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of this product offering
• Recruit, hire, and manage a high-performing team as the venture grows
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning
• Be able to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Qualifications

• You have a passion for building consumer products and unlocking the new potential that is unlocked by AI technology  
• Strong knowledge of Consumer UX/UI Design principle, creating product-led growth, API integrations and the iOS/Android operating system is required
• Experience with knowledge graphs, RAG infrastructures and data models
• Experience with building conversational AI-apps
• You have a proven track record of personal, academic and professional achievements
• You can effectively work in an independent, structured and goal-oriented manner
• Decent, cross-functional understanding of business to complement your profile as a technical founder vs. a CTO
• You are team oriented and ambitious
• You are fluent in English
