We're looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our growing team of 30+ passionate professionals. In this role, you'll craft intuitive, engaging user experiences for our digital human interfaces and dashboards, ensuring seamless interaction between users and AI characters. You'll work closely with both our frontend and product teams to bring our vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive user experiences for both our interFace platform (user dashboard) and digital human interfaces
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
• Develop static graphic assets for UI components 
• Conduct user research to inform design decisions
• Work with the Product Owner to align designs with product vision and roadmap
• Collaborate closely with Frontend Engineers to implement designs
• Stay current with UX/UI trends and best practices in AI and digital human interfaces
• Participate in design critiques and iterate based on feedback
• Help establish and maintain design systems and style guides

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably for SaaS or AI products
• Proficiency with Figma and other design tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and problem-solving abilities
• Experience designing responsive interfaces for web applications
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices
• Knowledge of current design trends and patterns in digital interfaces
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience designing for AI or conversational interfaces
• Understanding of video rendering interfaces
