Finnish speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR)at a Fast-Growing B2B SaaS Company

Are you a results-driven salesperson, fluent in Finnish and English, and ready to take your sales career to the next level? At Tendium, you’ll have the opportunity to become a key player in our rapidly growing sales team! 

As an SDR, your role is to identify new business opportunities and book meetings with potential customers—an essential part of our continued success. With short sales cycles, a high-impact product, and no commission cap, you’ll have every opportunity to succeed! 🚀

Who Are You?

We’re looking for a driven and ambitious colleague with the right attitude. Experience is a plus, but MINDSET is key!

What you bring:

  • A goal-oriented mindset—you’re motivated to reach the top.
  • Comfortable with digital platforms and quick to adapt to new tools.
  • Fluency in Finnish, proficiency in English and at least a basic understanding of Swedish.
  • Based in Stockholm or nearby
Bonus points if you...
  • Have experience with cold calling or using CRM tools like HubSpot.
  • Have additional language skills — Swedish is especially valued, but other European languages (B2+ level and above) are a plus.
  • Have previous experience in a tech company, familiarity with public procurements or an existing network in Finland are seen as advantages.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a six-month probation period, base salary, and commission.
