About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Planning Analyst to join our finance team. This individual will play a key role in driving financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support decision-making across the company. You will collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to develop budgets, analyze financial data, and provide insights to optimize performance and support growth. 

What You’ll Do at OnePlan

• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategy.
• Develop and maintain financial models to track business performance, including revenue, expenses, cash flow, and profitability.
• Perform detailed variance analysis and provide insights on discrepancies between actuals and forecasts.
• Create monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports on financial performance for leadership and key stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and recommend actionable solutions to optimize business performance.
• Work closely with department heads to ensure budget compliance and provide guidance on financial planning.
• Assist in long-term strategic planning and scenario analysis to support key business decisions.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to improve financial processes and reporting.

Our Ideal Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or a similar role (preferably in a SaaS or tech company).
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar).
• Experience with SaaS metrics and financial reporting (e.g., MRR, ARR, churn, LTV, CAC).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar).
