About the team
Risk control team is responsible for performing risk identification and assessing the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls across ByteDance global functions. The team's mission is to be a trusted advisor and add tangible value to the company through insightful and comprehensive risk management practices and proactive internal controls advisory support.

Responsibilities:
1. Translate risk control requirements into technical implementations and responsible for building batch data warehouses.
2. Manage data modeling design, writing, and optimizing ETL jobs.
3. Collaborate with the Risk Control team to build data metrics based on data warehouses.
4. Responsible for building and maintaining data products/tools.
5. Risk data analytics, promptly identifying and addressing risks for stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related technical major or a related discipline is required.
2. Skilled in Big Data technologies(Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Presto, Kafka, ClickHouse, Flink etc.).
3. Experience with performing data analysis, data ingestion and data integration.
4. Experience in writing, analyzing and debugging SQL queries.
5. Experience being a trusted and valuable risk business partner to a variety of cross-functional stakeholders, demonstrating strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive action in the midst of ambiguous situations.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Advantageous to have 3+ years working in data analytics or risk management.
2. Familiar with data warehouse concept and have production experience in modeling design is preferred.
