Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams
5+ years of experience managing software development teams and with some hands-on architectural or distributed systems experience
3+ years of people management experience, managing engineers
5+ years of experience designing and developing complex, interactive consumer applications as an engineer
Experience in partnering with product and program management teams
Knowledge of one modern programming languages (Java, JavaScript, C/C++, Objective C) and open-source technologies
Experience in delivering software projects using Agile / Scrum methodologies
Experience managing and leading software engineering teams
Experience taking a leading role in building complex software systems that have beensuccessfully delivered to customers
Experience mentoring junior software engineers to improve their skills and make them more effective product software engineers
