We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Design Summer Intern to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to gain firsthand exposure in a fast-paced startup environment. You'll work side-by-side with designers and the partnerships team, while also gaining insight into the business side of building a startup.

In this role, you’ll support both the design and partnership teams across a variety of projects—from pitch decks and visual assets to lightweight demo apps and internal tools. This position reports directly to the Head of Product Design.

Availability to work full-time (e.g., 35–40 hours/week) during the summer (e.g., June–August).

*Potential to extend per business needs.

Location: Remote, United States

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and refining pitch decks and presentation materials
  • Design visual assets and graphics for internal and external use
  • Help insert content and assets into our admin GUI (no coding required)
  • Support the team in preparing lightweight demo app experiences
  • Contribute to content layout and visual production across platforms
  • Collaborate closely with design and partnerships team

Requirements

  • A strong interest in design and visual storytelling
  • Advanced with Figma and Google Slides — including the ability to edit and create new slides for presentations
  • Knowledge of graphic design and product design principles, with an eye for creating compelling visuals for decks
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience is a major plus
  • Ability to create and edit videos (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) is a major plus
  • Sharp attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a startup setting
  • Proactive, flexible, and has excellent communication skills
  • Resume (mandatory).
  • Portfolio or sample work (if applicable — especially for design, writing, or coding roles).
