You can look forward to

  • Working with large and complex amounts of data in fascinating projects and gain experience – through in-depth insights and involvement in our wide-ranging day-to-day business 
  • Get to know the many facets of life and health reinsurance incl. processes, our worldwide network and reinsurance concepts and solutions 
  • Active participation in various specialist units, including both direct customer contact and supporting service teams, covering among other things data analyses, pricing and quotations

  • Attending special trainee events and building a Group-wide network

You come equipped with

  •  Degree in mathematics, physics, data science, economics or a comparable field of study
  •  Knowledge of a higher programming language, for example R, Julia or Python, is an asset 
  •  Ideally, initial familiarity with various data science methods 
  •  Initial experience gained through internships or student work experience is welcome 
  •  International experience, e.g. through a semester spent abroad, language study trips, Work & Travel programmes is desirable 
  •  Proficient user skills in English, independent user skills in German or the willingness to learn this language
