Statsig is seeking a talented and motivated Growth Data Scientist to join our team. In this pioneering role, you will be crucial in driving our Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiative, a strategy that focuses on using the product itself as the main vehicle for acquiring, activating, and retaining customers. You will work closely with our product, business operations, and marketing teams to help self-service users successfully onboard and thrive with our full-featured analytics platform. Your insights will help us grow faster and empower our users with data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Product Analytics: Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover insights that drive product development and PLG success.

• Marketing Analytics: Assess marketing campaigns and strategies while providing actionable insights to improve user acquisition and retention.

• Data Management: Build, maintain, and optimize new datasets that serve various teams including product, business operations, and marketing.

• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product managers, marketers, and business operations to identify growth opportunities and implement data-driven strategies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product analytics within the tech industry.

• Experience with new user onboarding flows, experimentation, and data management.

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and other data manipulation tools and techniques.

• Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration, particularly with marketing and product teams.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Passionate about experimentation and building new products.

• Ability to work full-time from our Bellevue, WA office.
