How you’ll make an impact
Develop statistical and mathematical models to estimate the reliability of high voltage products
Analyze large datasets from lab and field data sources to identify features and trends, and extract degradation- and failure-related information
Assess failure risks by applying Monte Carlo simulations and reliability modelling
Participate in the design and planning of lab experiments to test hypotheses and validate condition assessment models of high voltage products
Collaborate with globally distributed partners, including Product Management, Service, Production Lines, and R&D Centers
Your background
Master’s or PhD in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
Experience in data science and statistics, including the development and application of probability estimation, data mining, and machine learning methods
Strong knowledge of data science and programming
Project management and good communication skills to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Reliability training and/or certification is a plus
