Position Title: Data Scientist

We are looking for a Data Scientist with expertise in working with omics data to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing domain expertise, assisting in data interpretation, and developing data processing algorithms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise in omics data analysis.

  • Develop and optimize data processing algorithms.

  • Assist in data interpretation and ensure biological relevance of processed data.

  • Collaborate with data engineers and developers to integrate data solutions.

  • Develop, train, and test machine learning models for single cells gene expression analysis and modeling.

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of data visualization strategies.

  • Ensure accurate query results and data quality.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Data Science, or a related field.

  • 2 years of industry experience in scaling system, real data, customer data.

  • Proven experience in handling and analyzing omics data.

  • Deep understanding of of ML and AI

  • Strong knowledge of statistical and computational methods for bioinformatics.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
