This role is within Customer and Sales Interactions, who determine and drive customer context across Retail. The team explores new data sources and analytical methods that enable innovation and creativity in addressing the holistic customer need. We collaborate with multiple stakeholders in designing and implementing customer journeys for campaigns and offers that deliver contextual and personalised solutions. Our journeys and experiments rank the right product at the right time to a customer.

 

The successful candidate will be empowered to think creatively and take ownership of their work. They will generate actionable insights and recommendations that influence changes across Retail. The role will include building of customer centric triggers, dreaming up journeys, actioning experiments, implementing findings and creation of convincing presentations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum Qualification: B Degree in Mathematical Sciences, Statistics, Actuarial Science

  • Preferred Qualification: Honours Degree

  • A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience.

  • Intermediate to advanced coding skills in SAS

  • Intermediate knowledge on advanced analytical techniques e.g., statistical methods, segmentation, optimisation, experimental design

  • Leadership experience will be advantageous.
