1. Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide data-driven insights and solutions to business problems in the gaming industry, including various decision-making scenarios under R&D, marketing and operation stages.
2. Developing scalable, efficient, and automated processes for data analysis, machine-learning model development, model validation, and serving.
3. Collaborating with data product managers and data engineers to design and implement end-to-end solutions in game production, publishing, and live-ops.
4. Researching new machine learning approaches, such as AIGC-related technologies, and exploring their potential applications in the gaming industry.
- A Master's or Ph.D. degree in a quantitative discipline, such as computer science, machine learning, or math/statistics. Ph.D. with a strong publication record is preferred.
- A passion for applying mathematical models and computer science technology to data-driven business decision-making, along with profound insights and understanding of the gaming industry.
- Expertise in mathematical modeling and statistical analysis, including probabilities, time series analysis, machine learning models, A/B testing, etc.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, or related languages.

Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
