As a Data Science Intern at Xometry, you’ll work on real-world projects that directly impact our data-driven decision-making processes, collaborate with experienced data scientists, and learn how to leverage data to solve complex problems in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze and interpret large datasets to generate insights and drive business decisions.
• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve key challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.
• Learn and apply best practices in data wrangling, visualization, and statistical analysis.
• Gain exposure to modern data science tools, frameworks, and technologies used in the manufacturing industry.

What We’re Looking For:

• Academic Excellence: Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, graduating in December 2025 or May 2026, with a minimum 3.5 GPA.
• Strong Work Ethic: Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the internship period (June 9 - August 15, 2025).
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: A passion for problem-solving and a desire to drive results.
• Legal Authorization: Ability to provide proof of legal right to work in the United States.
• Location Requirement: Ability to commute to our North Bethesda, MD or Lexington, KY office to work onsite for at least 3 days a week.
