Position Specific Description
The Data Science internship role for Customer Experience Analytics will contribute to the development of automated anomaly detection and machine learning models. This position focuses on cross-channel customer behavior analysis to improve our understanding of customer interactions. Utilizing Python, Power BI, and other analytical tools, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences. This internship offers an opportunity to work alongside experienced analysts on a project that directly impacts customer satisfaction.
To be considered for an internship, you must be actively enrolled at a college or university as a full-time student seeking a bachelor’s degree or higher. You must also have a current cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher (on a 0.00 to 4.00 scale).
