We specialize in GenAI-driven solutions, such as, IDE extensions for automated test generation, an AI-enhanced pull-request git agent for improving code review processes., RAG, and others. Our mission is to generate confidence for developers, enhancing productivity and code quality.

We are looking for a Customer Success Engineer passionate about enabling our customers to succeed. This role is vital to ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from our product through effective onboarding, hands-on training, and personalized solutions to meet specific use cases. You’ll work closely with our Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams to provide technical guidance, deliver tailored workshops, and foster strong customer relationships.

What will you do?

  • Lead onboarding sessions and workshops for new and existing customers, ensuring a smooth start and helping them get acquainted with the product's features and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Customer success to tailor the right solutions and approaches for our enterprise customers. 
  • Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams, communicating customer feedback and suggesting improvements or new features.
  • Provide guidance and support to customers, addressing their unique challenges and configuring our solution to meet their specific requirements.
  • Monitor and track key success metrics for each customer, advocating for solutions that drive optimal outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in a technical customer-facing role (Customer Success Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar) within a SaaS or developer tools environment.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development principles, including code quality, testing, and CI/CD pipelines. 
  • Must: Proficiency in major coding languages
  • Familiarity with Git, pull requests, and automated testing frameworks is highly desirable.
  • Communication & Presentation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering presentations and workshops to varied audiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and propose effective solutions.
