The Customer Strategy and Value (CSV) team supports our customers and prospects in assessing the impact and total value to be generated by Feedzai’s RiskOps platform -  This is achieved by considering the broader impact in their strategic, customer experience and risk agenda. By doing it we are advising banks on how to improve their fraud prevention practices and what is the best approach to implement it.

The CSV team objective is to center Feedzai’s sales and customer management practices in strategic outcomes and value selling. The team is for that reason critical for Feedzai’s high-growth objectives.

We measure our success in the impact we have in the win rate and deal size by engaging with all relevant senior stakeholders and establishing strategic impact and total value of Feedzai’s solutions.

It is a team that is at the forefront of the evolving trends in Financial Services and Risk practices and how they impact the priorities of the senior business, risk and technology executives in banks, fintechs and merchants. 

We deliver on our mandate through:

  • Consultative engagements with banks, fintechs and merchants. The objective is to recommend a strategy - and estimate the overall business case to support it -  for their technology investments within the Risk scope considering their strategy, current situation and market dynamics
  • Working with Account Management teams in defining their account strategy, creating value propositions and shaping the sales strategy and stakeholder engagement
  • Working with Customer Success Managers in developing Value Realization Frameworks and directly with our customer base to jointly define value realization objectives 
  • Define and maintain the knowledge assets and tools - Value frameworks, Capability maturity models, Customer journeys, role specific journeys benchmarks database, Customer Success cases,..
  • Enabling Sales, Solution Consultants and Customer Success Managers in Value Selling and Shaping of value propositions.

Everything we do is part of a collaborative effort that in addition to Sales and Customer Success Managers also involves sales consultants, advisory team, industry specialists, product managers, customer success and delivery team among many others.

About the role  - Customer Strategy and Value Associate

The Customer Strategy and Value associate is responsible for: 

  • Lead the development of Feedzai value assets (Value frameworks, Capability maturity models, Customer journeys, role specific journeys, benchmarks database, Customer Success cases, Value Realization Plans..). The CSV associate will have to coordinate multiple teams in Feedzai, performing customer interviews, doing research and build high impact content
  • Enabling sales teams in how to drive value selling and how to effectively use available assets to increase win rate and deal size
  • Supporting Value Leads in consultative engagements during workshops and in the overall process to analyze and build recommendations and business cases
  • Directly lead Value Engagements with customers and prospects

This is a role with a high impact for Feedzai - it will impact how we sell and how effective we are in positioning the total value we can bring to our customers.

A Customer Strategy and Value Associate needs to have strong analytical skills, experience in developing content and thought leadership and be outstanding in bringing new perspectives and approaches. It is also very important to be effective working across departments with different subject matter experts in Feedzai.

It is expected from a CSV associate to work with a very high degree of autonomy and to be driven by the desire to continuously raise the bar.

Being successful in this role means that you are able to produce best in class value assets that are widely adopted. and perceived as having a high impact to support customer  executives and understand the value that they can capture.

The role also requires  being part of strategic initiatives related to Feedzai’s Go To Market - e.g. defining regional salesplays, assessing impact of market dynamics in specific offerings, ….

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in management consulting, value selling or in analyst research roles for SW companies or other industries with complex solutions
  • 6+ years of working experience
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Extensive  experience working in English
  • Extensive experience in problem analysis (assess, defining frameworks for evaluation, identifying options,...)
  •  Highly valued previous experience in Technology and Financial Services
  • Also highly valued:
    • Experience working in the payments space or/and fraud in financial services/merchants/ acquirers
    • Experience in storytelling, design thinking, customer journeys assessment
    • Experience working with a Saas vendor
