In this role, you will
Develop a creative marketing strategy for each traffic channel (Google, Bing, Meta)
Manage a creative team by setting tasks for designers and copywriters to craft compelling visual and textual content for various platforms
Participate in the creation of advertising campaigns and development of A/B tests
Analyze creative performance through key metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, and CAC
Constantly seek new solutions to enhance efficiency, including optimizing design, messaging, CTAs, and targeting
Work closely with the user acquisition team and other departments (analytics, product team, B2B) to align strategies and insights
Research and leverage insights to plan future creative concepts
Stay up to date with trends, competitor activities, and new advertising formats across social media, search engines, and niche platforms
It’s all about you
In-depth knowledge of paid channels: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, DV360
Strong understanding of design principles, composition, and color psychology to drive user engagement
Basic proficiency in graphic editors (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma) and video editors (Adobe Premiere, After Effects)
Ability to craft compelling headlines, descriptions, and CTAs that resonate with target audiences
Familiarity with advertising formats and platform-specific requirements
Expertise in defining hypotheses, running A/B tests, and interpreting results effectively
Proficiency in analytical and data visualization tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau)
Strong ability to manage backlog, prioritize tasks, and coordinate creative production workflows
B2 English level (verbal and written)
