For a skilled and motivated Conversational AI Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining intelligent conversational systems. You will work primarily with Google Dialogflow, n8n workflows, and Large Language Model (LLM) setups to deliver seamless user experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in Python, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for creating intuitive conversation flows

Get ready to

• Create, optimize, and maintain conversational agents using Google Dialogflow
• Implement n8n workflows for automation and integrate chatbots with third-party systems and APIs
• Customize and deploy LLM setups to enhance the functionality and performance of chatbots
• Design intuitive conversation flows that align with business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience
• Conduct end-to-end testing of chatbots, debugging issues and implementing fixes promptly. Maintain test cases for regression testing to ensure functionality
• Ensure seamless deployment of chatbots and monitor performance post-launch to ensure optimal user experience
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, while providing clear documentation and updates on project progress

We expect you to

• Have basic to intermediate knowledge of Python for scripting and automation
• Be hands-on with Google Dialogflow and familiar with n8n workflows and automation tools
• Understand Large Language Models (LLMs) and how they can be applied to enhance chatbot functionality
• Be proficient in API integration, webhooks, and end-to-end testing methodologies for chatbots
• Have excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and translate technical concepts into business-friendly terms for non-technical stakeholders
• Be detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset to continuously improve chatbot designs based on user feedback and analytics

This position is based in Spain.
