About the role:
We are seeking a creative and technically inclined Conversational AI Designer to design and implement innovative conversational AI solutions. This role combines conversational design, programming, and prompt engineering to create engaging, user-centered interactions. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in conversational design and Gen AI models, and a passion for optimizing conversational experiences through collaboration and data-driven insights.
What you will do:
Design and implement conversational AI solutions using conversation design, programming and prompt-engineering techniques, content preparation and adaptation.
Collaborate with clients and cross-functional internal stakeholders (Product Development, Engineering, Sales and Implementation teams).
Conduct testing and iterative refinement of prompts based on AI responses and user feedback.
Analyze and optimize conversational performance using data-driven insights.
Establish and promote best practices in conversational AI design.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in conversational AI.
More about you:
Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Computer Science or related field.
Proven experience in conversational design or a similar field.
Familiarity with conversational AI platforms, understanding of AI models, particularly in language and image generation.
Strong ability to craft compelling and contextually appropriate conversations for AI chatbots.
Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) principles and user-centered design.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey complex ideas simply and effectively.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret conversational analytics and recommend improvements.
Creativity and problem-solving skills to design innovative and effective conversational experiences.
Consulting experience, especially with large and enterprise-level companies is a plus.
Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python) is a plus.
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
