Your mission
DeepOpinion is the enterprise-grade Agentic Automation platform enabling teams to put their complex knowledge work on autopilot. By combining Agentic AI, business process digitization and no-code development in a single platform, teams can create AI apps in minutes to achieve 90%+ straight-through processing.With €11 million raised in a Series A funding round co-led by Red River West and Alpha Intelligence Capital, and the support of existing investors Lunar Ventures and Stride VC, we are accelerating our vision to become the go-to provider for AI-driven automation solutions across the globe.We are looking for an experienced Technology-Agnostic Project Manager to bring structure and efficiency to our Solutions Delivery team. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can establish scalable project delivery frameworks. The initial contract is three months, with a strong possibility of extension to six months.Responsibilities:Establish project management processes and improve internal delivery structure.Support multiple projects concurrently, bringing organization and structure to the SPS team’s initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution and meet key milestones.Ensure project timelines, scope, and resources are well managed.Identify bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies, proactively addressing issues.Communicate project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Your profile
Minimum of 4 years of experience in solutions delivery, project management, or a similar role.Background in project delivery, agile methodologies, and operational efficiency.Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients and stakeholders.Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams.Familiarity with automation platforms, AI, and intelligent process automation is a plus.
