Key service areas include Engineering Design and Documentation; Software Development and Testing; System Integration, Testing and Evaluation; Lab Management and Field Installation; Integrated Logistics Support, Training Development and Delivery, Multimedia Support, and Technical System Support.Program/Project Manager Job Description:The Program Manager candidate needs to have contract and sub-contract management, customer support, budgeting, scheduling, planning, estimating, product delivery, and progress reports experience.Program/Project Manager Required Tasks:· Experience with developing, modifying, and reviewing Naval shipboard technical documentation to include managing engineering/information technology (IT) projects at a high level in support of maintenance, repair, testing, product improvement, and/or alteration of Naval Ship Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E) and Electronic/Weapons Handling Systems and Equipment.· Six (6) years of experience in managing engineering/IT projects involved design, test, maintenance, operation, or support of Naval Ship HM&E, Electronic and Weapons Handling Systems and Equipment.· Four (4) years of experience in engineering/IT and logistics projects involving maintenance of Naval Ship HM&E and Electronic/Weapons Handling Systems and Equipment. System Engineer Support Specialist Additional Requirements:· Bachelor’s degree in any technical or managerial discipline, preferably Engineering or Computer Science, from an accredited college or university. This individual should have ten (10) years of experience.· Must be able to obtain and keep a DoD Secret Clearance which means you must be a U.S. Citizen.· Proactive/self-starter. Task driven with ability to work independently.· Team player that takes ownership and develops relationships with the team members which fosters team success.
