Doxel is using Artificial Intelligence to build and label three dimensional models to make their analysis clear, concise, and accurate. As a Construction Scheduling Analyst at Doxel, you'll be visually analyzing and labeling complex blueprint-style documentation and models of our customer sites. As a Construction Scheduling Analyst at Doxel you’ll be responsible for performing complex analysis of customer projects. You’ll be charged with understanding the results of the Doxel engineering team’s analytics output, comparing those analytics with standards in the construction industry, and helping us understand how to improve.
Responsibilities
Construction Schedule Analysis – Analyze project schedules to classify activities for internal tracking operations. Analyze critical path and float for inclusion in system reporting.
Product Data Analysis - Analyzing and verifying data generated for customer reports from scan data compared to a design 3D model using proprietary techniques developed by Doxel’s elite engineering team.
Report Generation and Verification - Generating customer schedule and reports within the agreed upon SLA (service level agreement). Working with the Product and Engineering team to identify improvements to reports.
File Organization and Transfer - Monthly customer files will need to be consolidated and uploaded within a timely manner into a location set and directed by the Doxel Product Team for access by engineering tools and internal team members.
Maintenance, R&D, Debugging - R&D, and Debugging may need to be conducted as coordinated by the Doxel Product Analyst technical team. Requirements to support this effort are to be available during working hours, practice attention to detail, follow directions, and provide documentation when requested.
Communication - Ongoing communication throughout the workday will be required. Various tools are used for communication with Slack as the primary messaging platform. Jira tickets and tracking are also used. Direct Phone Calls and Conference Calls (Zoom as an option) may also be used.
Training – Office Training, including all necessary communication and processing software platforms used for Doxel operations, will be provided by the Doxel Product team. Training will begin with various initial onboarding sessions. As Product Operations Analyst knowledge increases, further training will be provided to expand on various topics of expertise.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in the construction industry creating and managing project schedules1+ years of experience creating technical reports for customers
Experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project scheduling software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience in the construction industry creating and managing project budgets
3+ years of experience in project management in the construction industry
Experience with Synchro scheduling softwareExperience with construction project estimating and cost management
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
