Looking for a talented ChatGPT Prompt Engineer to join our fast-growing immigration law firm! We need someone who can design, test, and refine prompts to enhance the performance and accuracy of our ChatGPT models. This role calls for a mix of creativity, linguistic expertise, and technical proficiency to ensure that AI interactions are not only natural and informative but also captivating and user-focused. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI language models and a knack for creating compelling narratives that can seamlessly adapt to a wide range of topics and user needs.Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM EST. Total: 40 hours per week.Key Responsibilities:-Prompt Design & Development: Create and optimize prompts to enhance the accuracy, relevance, and quality of outputs from ChatGPT models.-Iterative Testing & Refinement: Assess prompt effectiveness through user feedback and performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.-Collaborative Integration: Work closely with AI researchers, developers, and UX designers to seamlessly integrate prompts into applications, ensuring a cohesive user experience.-Ongoing Research: Stay at the forefront of advancements in AI language models, implementing best practices in prompt engineering to ensure top-tier performance.-User Interaction Analysis: Monitor and analyze user interactions to identify improvement opportunities, iteratively refining prompts to enhance user satisfaction.-Documentation & Guidelines: Develop comprehensive documentation and guidelines for prompt usage, promoting consistency and quality across various projects.-Creative Contributions: Engage in brainstorming sessions, offering innovative ideas to enrich AI interactions and enhance overall user engagement.Essential Skills and Qualifications:-Outstanding Communication: Exceptional writing and communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.-Creative Thinking: Strong ability to think creatively and develop prompts that are engaging, contextually appropriate, and user-centric.-Analytical Expertise: Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to evaluate and enhance prompt performance effectively.-Agile Experience: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.Strong Problem-Solver: Ability to tackle complex challenges and adapt to evolving requirements seamlessly.Preferred Qualifications:-AI Engineers, Hands-on experience in training sub-GPT models, successfully embedding prompts through multiple data points.-Proven experience with generative AI technologies such as Llama 3, Claude AI, and Chat GPT.Demonstrated expertise in prompt engineering, natural language processing, or a closely related field.-In-depth understanding of AI language models, especially GPT-3 and GPT-4.-Experience collaborating with diverse organizational functions beyond traditional content creation.Deep knowledge of ChatGPT capabilities, including areas beyond prompt formulation.Application Instructions: We kindly encourage candidates whose expertise lies in advanced prompt engineering, rather than simply drafting prompts for content creation or social media, to apply.
