• Maintaining and enhancing operational tools and documentation.
• Providing data visualization and insights for business planning.
• Offering recommendations to improve hiring and resource management.

The Technology Business Operations Senior Analyst requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively to drive technology operations efficiency and effectiveness.

Educational Qualification 

Must have:   

• Bachelor’s Degree (minimum)

Good to have:   

• Project management/Financial education

Skills & Work Experience 

Must have:   

• Minimum of 2/3+ years of relevant experience.

Communication and Organizational Skills:

• Strong communication and organization.
• Effective time management
• Problem-solving abilities
• Fluency in English.

Teamwork and Independence:

• Team player with the ability to maintain good working relationships.
• Self-motivated with a high degree of self-reliance and responsibility

Technical Proficiency:

• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Knowledge of PowerBI

Good to have: 

• Familiarity with reporting platforms
