We are looking for motivated, hard-working, accountable, fast learning individuals who truly care about making an impact for Tracer’s customers base. As a Tracer Analyst, you will work with the world’s largest brands to create a safer online experience, which includes identifying and taking down counterfeit, impersonations, fraud, phishing, and other infringing activity.

Job Summary

This role can be the launch pad of your career. You’ll be expected to learn and master each platform and the Tracer product as you work alongside some of the biggest brands in the world. Tracer is growing quickly with multiple growth opportunities for our top performers!

As an Analyst, you’ll use your problem solving skills on behalf of our customers to help them protect their brands online. You will work independently, and as part of a larger team, to identify and tackle the unique challenges that brands experience in the online environment. In this role, you’ll hone your data analysis, investigative, and reporting skills, as you learn about the business problems created by intellectual property infringement. A successful Analyst is one who loves learning new things, is comfortable with change, is resourceful and is inquisitive - someone who wants to solve the puzzle.

Requirements

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Configure Tracer system based on brand(s), priorities and business problems
  • Monitor, evaluate and classify search results based on customer parameters
  • Conduct investigations
  • Generate weekly, monthly and custom ad-hoc reports
  • Attend and participate in client meetings
  • Conduct takedown and enforcement work (depends on client)

Requirements

  • 2+ years work experience
  • College Degree preferred but not required
  • Comfortable leveraging different technologies and getting up to speed quickly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Solid communication skills
  • Critical thinking / problem solving skill
