C3 AI is seeking a Billing Analyst to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico. The ideal candidate will manage billing operations, accounts receivable, and collections, while also playing a key role in improving our invoicing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily billing operations, including accounts receivable management and collections.
• Lead the monthly consumption invoicing process, collaborating cross-functionally to optimize best practices for consumption-based invoicing.
• Manage marketplace transactions and ensure timely collections by coordinating with customers and partners.
• Prepare monthly close procedures, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and presentations related to accounts receivable and sales tax.
• Collaborate with sales and legal teams to process vendor onboarding requests.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in billing or related functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in high-growth environments, ideally within SaaS or PaaS industries.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering results.
• Knowledge of general accounting concepts.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with NetSuite (preferred).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
