Your mission

  • Design and develop high-efficiency energy storage solutions for long-endurance UAV operations
  • Optimize battery management systems (BMS), power distribution, and energy efficiency
  • Develop hybrid propulsion systems (fuel cells, supercapacitors, solar-assisted UAV power solutions)
  • Implement lightweight, high-density battery technologies (Li-ion, Li-S, solid-state, hydrogen fuel cells)
  • Conduct thermal management optimization to enhance power system reliability and performance
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace power safety standards (DO-311A, MIL-STD-704, UN 38.3, IEC 62660)
  • Collaborate with mechanical, electronics, and UAV autonomy teams to integrate power systems seamlessly
  • Perform real-world testing and durability analysis to enhance UAV flight time and efficiency

Your profile

  • 5+ years experience in battery technology, power electronics, or hybrid propulsion systems
  • Expertise in battery chemistry, thermal modeling, and high-efficiency energy storage
  • Experience with BMS, power distribution, and energy optimization for aerospace applications
  • Proficiency in MATLAB, Simulink, Python, or C++ for power system simulation and control
  • Knowledge of fuel cells, supercapacitors, and alternative energy sources for UAVs
  • Familiarity with embedded power systems and integration with UAV avionics
Nice to have
  • Experience in military-grade power systems and extreme environmental durability
  • Background in solar-powered UAVs or energy harvesting technologies
  • Knowledge of AI-driven battery health monitoring and predictive maintenance
