We’re seeking a Mid-Level Azure AI Engineer to join our Product Team in either our Karachi or Lahore offices. If you’re an AI enthusiast who enjoys solving complex problems, collaborating with a team, and thrives in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.

Your Mission:

• Platform Innovation: Contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of Fleekbiz AI SaaS platform, leveraging Azure AI and OpenAI services to create scalable, high-impact features.
  
  
• Technical Excellence: Design, implement, and optimize Azure AI models that deliver real-world value, demonstrating expertise in data preprocessing, model training, and MLOps.
  
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate product requirements into robust AI solutions.
  
  
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and Azure technologies to ensure our platform remains cutting-edge.
  
  
• Mentorship & Growth: Share your knowledge with teammates, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within our AI practice.
  

AI Solution Development:

• Design and build scalable, performant AI models using Azure AI services (Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI).
  
  
• Implement robust data preprocessing pipelines to prepare data for model training, ensuring data quality and compliance.
  
  
• Optimize models for production environments, considering factors like latency, cost, and accuracy.
  

Platform Integration:

• Seamlessly integrate new AI models and features into our AI SaaS platform.
  
• Ensure the scalability and reliability of AI components within the platform.
  

Technical Leadership:

• Champion best practices in AI development, deployment, and monitoring, incorporating MLOps principles (CI/CD, versioning, automated testing, monitoring, retraining)
  
• Experiment with new tools and techniques to enhance our AI capabilities.
  

Requirements

●  Expertise in AI:

• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
  
• Experience with data preprocessing, features engineering, model training, and evaluation.
  
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools.
  

●  Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

●   Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) or equivalent.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

● Experience with deploying AI models in cloud environments using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, or Azure App Services.

● Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.

● Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and architecture.

● Experience with other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).

● Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
