Assistant Manager - Finance

Responsibilities
• Take charge of end-to-end accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivables, Prepaid,provisions, payroll, depreciation entries posting in Zoho Books and general ledger management for both India & US entities.
• Own and execute all financial operations like payroll processing, vendor payouts, statutory payments etc.,
• Review the daily fund position & BRS.
• Preparation of Monthly MIS and analyzing and reviewing monthly financial MIS; sharing insights with all investors' Finance SPOCs and addressing queries. Provide reasons for variances MoM, QoQ, YoY in the set MIS format
• Preparation and review of Vendor Reconciliation, AP Ageing, AR ageing and other related schedules for MIS.
• Manage relationships independently with external stakeholders, including investors teams, banks, and auditors.
• Support fundraising efforts, including providing data and helping in presentations for investor reports and financial projections.
• Experience in TDS, GST and other statutory compliances including filing of
monthly/Quarterly/Annual returns wherever applicable.

Requirements

• M.Com/M.B.A or CA Inter with minimum 5 years’ experience in Software Technology Company preferably SaaS.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external customers,stakeholders, both written and verbal. 
• Expert knowledge on Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PPT), and working knowledge on Zoho books.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles in Indian and US GAAP.
• Demonstrated ability to present information logically and concisely to stakeholders at all organizational levels, both verbally and in writing.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical skills, detail oriented and creative problem-solving capabilities
• Experience and background from Investors / VC invested companies will be given preference.
