Job Title: Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer - R&D

Location: Hyderabad, India (With option for Face-to-Face Interviews in Hyderabad)

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer with a strong R&D background to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI and ML models that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop AI/ML Models: Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models using various frameworks and technologies such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-learn to solve complex business problems.
• Conduct R&D and Proof-of-Concepts: Conduct research and development to identify opportunities for AI/ML applications, develop proof-of-concepts, and evaluate their feasibility and potential impact.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to understand business requirements, design AI/ML solutions, and integrate them into our products and services.
• Develop and Deploy AI/ML Pipelines: Develop and deploy AI/ML pipelines using cloud-based platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud AI Platform, and Azure Machine Learning to streamline model deployment and maintenance.
• Monitor and Evaluate AI/ML Model Performance: Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI/ML models, identify areas for improvement, and optimize model performance to ensure maximum business value.
• Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest developments in AI/ML research and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our products and services.
• Mentor and Collaborate with Junior Team Members: Mentor and collaborate with junior team members to share knowledge, provide guidance, and support their growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong R&D background.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and technologies such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud AI Platform, and Azure Machine Learning.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and natural language processing.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with computer vision and natural language processing.
• Experience with reinforcement learning and transfer learning.
• Experience with AI/ML applications in industries such as healthcare, finance, or e-commerce.
• Certifications in AI/ML such as Certified Data Scientist or Certified Machine Learning Engineer.
