Overview

The AI/LLM Developer will design, develop and customize large language models (LLMs) and AI-driven solutions. The developer will contribute to building intelligent applications, implementing chatbot functionalities, and enhancing automation through AI services. The role requires hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs, managed AI services, or open-source tools. The AI/LLM Developer must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and effective communication while keeping abreast of AI advancements.

• Design and implement AI-driven features and solutions
• Support technical issues related to AI and LLM-based systems
• Keep up with the latest trends in AI/ML and apply them to solve business challenges
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design innovative AI-driven solutions

• Ensure high-quality of work products
• Stay informed on current AI technologies and trends

• Complete AI development initiatives with a focus on quality, performance, and best practices
• Implement chatbot solutions using LLMs and integrate them into existing platforms
• Troubleshoot and resolve AI-related issues and recommend solutions
• Maintain documentation of progress, discussions, and changes in project scope using Jira or other project management tools
• Participate in production releases and ensure AI features are functioning correctly
• Contribute to team knowledge by updating documentation on AI processes and techniques
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to resolve defects and evaluate efficacy and accuracy in AI models
• Create unit tests and validation mechanisms to ensure AI models perform as expected

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience working with modern AI/ML technology such as OpenAI APIs, LLMs, or developing chatbot applications
• Experience with AI/ML managed services or open-source tools (Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with REST APIs
• Experience in deploying AI models in production environments
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, natural language processing (NLP), and model tuning
• Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure for AI deployment
• Familiarity with tools like Git, Postman, and Jira
• Experience developing and fine-tune large language models, including training, tuning, and deployment
