The AI/ML Solutions team is dedicated to enhancing the accessibility and effectiveness of generative AI capabilities, modernized data, and platform features to maximize value, efficiency, and personalization across CCB. As the GenAI Program Manager for AI/ML Solutions, you will collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify and drive the delivery of strategic GenAI platform features, use cases, and utilities for CCB. Initiatives include prioritizing GenAI features and Requirements based on business goals, user needs, and potential impact, as well as managing the delivery of these solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage, influence, and drive delivery of multiple GenAI initiatives with cross-functional, cross-product, and cross-line of business stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with the Platform Management, participating in regular meetings to align on priorities, provide updates on delivery progress, and engage in feedback loops to maintain alignment on business objectives.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to conduct thorough discovery processes, identifying and prioritizing viable solutions to complex problems, while assessing potential risks.
  • Synthesize findings into clear, concise, customer-focused recommendations, business cases, plans of action, and risk assessments.
  • Present solutions to business partners and senior management.
  • Adapt communication and interaction style for a range of audiences and management levels.
  • Think strategically and tactically while in an initiative leadership role.
  • Ensure initiative objectives are consistently and clearly communicated by providing regular updates on progress
  • Developing Key Performance metrics to assess the success and impact of GenAI initiatives.
  • Assess the impact of latest trends and advancements in GenAI on the organization’s strategies and solutions.
  • Encourage a culture of innovation by facilitating brainstorming sessions and idea generation workshops to explore new GenAI use cases and applications.
  • Streamline the data governance and regulatory processes to allow for fast go-to-market GenAI strategies while maintaining the integrity and security of the platform.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills:

  • 5+ years of strategic initiative management or similar experience
  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent experience
  • Foundational understanding/experience with the fundamentals of a consumer business (P&Ls, business cases, etc.).
  • Foundational understanding and literacy in GenAI methods and tooling (e.g., Amazon Bedrock, Databricks).
  • Highly effective verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and strategies.
  • Strong relationship building, influencing, and networking skills.
  • Experience with an agile operating environment.
  • Proven ability to navigate tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work, while effectively managing the dynamic landscape of GenAI.
