Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented AI Training Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about AI, with a background in data analysis or technical support, and a strong customer-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the structure and content of various document types to optimize AI training.

  • Review data captured by end-users to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Investigate and troubleshoot AI predictions to improve model performance.

  • Assess AI performance and prepare customer-friendly recommendations on annotation practices, workflow improvements, and efficiency gains.

  • Evaluate the automation level for specific customers and provide tailored recommendations on how to boost it.

  • Collaborate closely with AI research and product teams to identify areas for improving the AI models and overall system.

  • Communicate complex AI-related insights and solutions clearly to customers, ensuring they understand how to adjust their processes for better results.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis or technical customer support for SaaS software – this is a mandatory requirement.

  • Highly developed analytical skills – 60% of the job will involve analysis and troubleshooting.

  • Strong customer-oriented mindset: you take pride in providing clear, structured communication and going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written).

  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and provide clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical users.

  • Demonstrated interest in AI and machine learning technologies.

  • Working knowledge of JSON.

  • Basic proficiency in SQL and Python is a plus.

  • Exposure to document processing or data annotation workflows is a plus.
