Job Highlights

The AI Strategy Consultant will play a crucial role in shaping and driving LANXESS's artificial intelligence initiatives. This involves maintaining, evolving and communicating the AI strategy, identifying and prioritizing high-value use cases across different business functions, and ensuring smooth project execution and stakeholder management. The ultimate goal is to leverage AI to generate sustainable value and contribute to the overall success of LANXESS.

  • Conduct workshops with stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases
  • Evaluate the potential impact and value creation (in EUR) of AI projects
  • Analyze available AI tools and assess their applicability to LANXESS
  • Manage projects related to significant AI implementations
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage their expectations

Requirements

  • Masters Degree in Business Administration, IT or related STEM subjects required
  • Several years of professional experience in Corporate Strategy, Consulting, Data Science or IT
  • Advanced understanding of Business and Marketing concepts
  • Intermediate Communications skills, incl. facilitation
  • Basic knowledge of Digitalization Projects, Data Science, IT or AI
  • Advanced Project Management skills
  • Ability to work independently and drive AI strategy across business functions
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
