The Technology Development Quality and Reliability (TDQR) team is responsible to ensure the next generation of technologies and products brought to market are manufacturable and reliable at scale. TDQR invests in deep insights and advanced methods to maximize process and product capability while addressing reliability risks. Together, TDQR gives you the opportunity to learn about the most advanced semiconductor technologies and device reliability challenges to enable world-class manufacturing and customer applications.
As an Undergraduate Technical Intern, you will be expected to
- Work with Data Scientists and Quality Reliability Engineers to develop and deploy Generative AI applications aimed at augmenting engineer productivity and enhancing the pace of engineering discovery.
- Create a Python package to support the application and provide scalable features.
- Document and present related efforts and learnings.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or other STEM field
3+ months of experience in AI/ML or Data Science
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Python based package development and deployment
?Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
