As a key early growth team member, you’ll own and run high-velocity growth experiments across inbound, outbound, partner, and product-led strategies. Working closely with sales, product, marketing, and data science, you’ll push the boundaries of scalable customer acquisition and optimize funnel performance.
What You'll Do
Lead rapid experimentation across inbound, outbound, partner, and product-led growth (PLG) channels
Own ideation, execution, and optimization of high-velocity growth experiments
Manage paid media campaigns with focus on testing and performance optimization
Use the company’s own platform for lead generation and provide actionable feedback
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, and data teams to drive growth initiatives
Develop value-driven lead magnets to accelerate pipeline conversion
Analyze data to validate hypotheses and prioritize next-step experiments
What You'll Bring
3–5+ years in growth, performance marketing, or demand generation, preferably in B2B SaaS or AI startups
Proven track record running fast-paced growth experiments across multiple channels
Data-driven and hypothesis-oriented approach to testing and optimization
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Segment, GA4, Mixpanel, and paid media platforms
Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working in scrappy startup environments
Understanding of AI/ML products and ability to communicate their value
