Life as Senior Sales Manager at Siili
As Senior Sales Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will include
- Drive new business development in target sectors using AI-enhanced sales tools
- Design value-based solutions with clear ROI measurement
- Develop strategic portfolio plans for chosen growth accounts and prospects
- Lead complex negotiations and build C-level relationships
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to architect comprehensive solutions

- Focus in deliver measurable business impact across manufacturing, telecom, and technology sectors.

- Proven track record in new business development within digital consultancy
- Expert in consultative selling and value-based solution design
- Strong capabilities in strategic portfolio planning
- Experience in value-based pricing and ROI articulation
- Deep industry knowledge in target sectors
- Self-starter mindset with exceptional negotiation skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across various stakeholder groups
- Fluent in both Finnish and English
