Job Description

The ADI Data Analyst is responsible for executing the daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, as well as the Data Analytics for the Digital Enablement & Analytics Program. Other responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of interactive data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau software to analyze and present complex business data in a clear and insightful manner.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, business analysts, and subject matter experts, to understand data requirements, identify key performance indicators, and translate business needs into effective data visualizations.

  • Participate in data exploration, data cleaning, and data preparation activities to ensure data integrity and accuracy before visualization.

  • Contribute to the creation and documentation of best practices, standards, and guidelines for data visualization and dashboard design within the organization.

Desired Skills/Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and identify patterns and insights from data.

  • Proficiency in SQL or other data querying languages for data extraction and manipulation.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with data modeling concepts and experience working with relational databases or data warehouses.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

  • Pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.

  • Strong aptitude for understanding and analyzing large amounts of data from multiple sources.

  • Required experience in sourcing data from multiple data sources for building tableau visualizations

  • A high degree of computer literacy is required, including proficiency with spreadsheets.

  • A high level of curiosity and creative thinking is preferred


Basic Requirements

  • High School Diploma is required

  • Must be pursuing a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree with a graduation date of December 2025 or later

  • Students requiring current or future visa sponsorship must be pursuing a minimum of a Master’s Degree with a graduation date of December 2025 or later
