Your role:
Manages multiple large-scale projects or large projects with innovative and long-term strategic goals, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with the overall organizational objectives and vision and applies advanced understanding of entrepreneurial skills and drives and supports entrepreneurial environment for others.
Emphasizes setting and developing strategic directions for projects and related programs, ensuring that all project activities align with the broader organizational strategies and contribute to long-term success.
Leads and oversees complex, integral projects of more than 2 years duration, from the initial phase to market introduction or company delivery, ensuring that all milestones are met and that the projects deliver the expected benefits.
Guides and empowers large, diverse project teams to achieve strategic objectives efficiently, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team environment.
Cultivates and manages strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging these relationships to influence their opinions and negotiate effective solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs.
Responds to stakeholder and customer needs with agility and professionalism, ensuring that project outcomes are aligned with expectations and contribute to overall satisfaction and loyalty.
Identifies, capitalizes on, and converts organizational opportunities into business value, aligning project goals with strategic objectives and continuously seeking areas for innovation and growth.
Takes responsibility for risk and issue management at a strategic level, ensuring detailed reporting and escalation to top management and proactive management of risks and challenges to ensure project success.
Enforces Philips standards, processes, and methodologies as outlined in the Philips Business System (PBS) and the Philips Excellence Process Framework (PEPF), ensuring compliance, consistency, and best practices across all project activities.
Demonstrates an expert-level understanding and application of Philips PM Standards (PMBok and SAFe), ensuring that project management practices are aligned with organizational expectations, industry best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
You're the right fit if:
Minimum 8 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 6 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Project Management, Business Strategy or equivalent.
