To support the next phase of activation, Ferrero Headquarter in Luxembourg is looking for a Project Manager to join the Group Artificial Intelligence (AI) Transformation team and specifically lead the implementation of a Consumer AI Roadmap.
The Group Artificial Intelligence Transformation is a priority Ferrero Group initiative that aims to strengthen the relevance of our Global Powerbrands, securing the best product proposition, offering superior Consumer and Shopper experiences, and reinforcing the position of ‘preferred partner’ for the Trade via best-in class commercial expertise and category management.
The Consumer AI Roadmap is now in the implementation phase at a Group level, supported by subject matter experts led by Global Marketing, Marketing Services & Pubbliregia (Ferrero’s inhouse creative agency), who together are responsible for timely and effectively deploying the Consumer AI Roadmap validated by Ferrero top management.
In the context of the Consumer AI Roadmap, the/your role is responsible for ensuring priority AI transformation initiatives are successfully implemented and adopted within the Ferrero Group as per the planned scope and timings, ensuring effective deployment and providing consistent, harmonized support and connectivity between the central teams & functions. You report directly to the Digital Transformation Manager, working closely with various teams at headquarters, including Marketing, Marketing Services, Media, Sales Business Development, People & Organization, IT, and Legal as well as Consumer AI initiative leads.
In this role, you will lead the successful delivery of AI and digital transformation initiatives across the organization. You’ll be responsible for developing detailed project plans in collaboration with initiative leaders, ensuring clear timelines, structured scheduling, and strict adherence to budget and strategic priorities. As the go-to person for reporting, you will prepare and present regular updates to Steering Committees, while maintaining complete project documentation.
Engaging key stakeholders, including senior leadership, is central to your role. You’ll ensure alignment, flag risks early, and communicate progress transparently. You will also design risk mitigation strategies and ensure that AI tools comply with security, confidentiality, and ethical standards, particularly those related to AI Ethics.
Tracking progress is second nature to you—you will establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make sure all projects are aligned with business objectives. You’ll guarantee that all priority AI initiatives meet quality standards and deliver measurable business value.
As a people leader, you will guide and mentor initiative leaders, encourage collaboration, and promote best practice sharing. You’ll also support the Digital Transformation Manager in identifying and prioritizing future opportunities, including managing a technology scouting pipeline.
Your role is essential in driving change. Working alongside the People & Organization team, you will design and implement a structured roadmap to help Ferrero transition toward an AI-embedded way of working. You’ll ensure stakeholders are informed, trained, and supported, and will regularly evaluate the adoption of new practices.
When it comes to AI capabilities, you have a solid understanding of AI and generative AI methodologies, including machine learning techniques. You know how to translate them into real business applications in FMCG, especially in marketing and content. You’re also aware of the ethical and regulatory frameworks surrounding AI, and you're able to collaborate effectively with technical teams while making complex concepts accessible to non-experts.
You hold a Bachelor or Master in marketing or a related field and bring 10+ years of experience in project management and/or marketing leadership. You have developed a strong, assertive leadership style, with a proven track record in Digital Marketing, Content, or Media Management. You’ve been directly involved in technology and transformation initiatives, including the implementation of AI solutions.
As a natural change leader, you’re detail-oriented, adaptable, and confident navigating complex environments. You thrive on collaboration, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Your fluency in English is essential, and additional languages are a plus.
On the technical side, you’re proficient in Microsoft Office tools and have a practical understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, generative AI, and tools like Microsoft Co-Pilot.
