Job Summary

This position is part of the Center for Responsible AI and AI Governance support function and is responsible for the execution of activities to support the enterprise AI Governance program. Responsible for creating and maintaining documentation for AI governance operations and support all documentation needs. Assist with preparation for AI Governance meetings to ensure members are prepared and informed for all meetings (agendas, meeting materials, communications, notetaking and follow ups.). Helps maintain policies, standards and procedures which safeguard the integrity of enterprise systems, files and data elements; maintaining knowledge of changing technologies and provides recommendations for adaptation of new processes or policies. This role collects, organizes, analyzes and reports information to management, and supports the evolution of the AI governance processes, policies and procedures. This position will report to the Sr. Director, DAS Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships, but will interface daily and take direction from the Lead AI Business Consultant.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience with a broad range of exposure to system analysis, application development, database design and administration, or 7 years of experience with a broad range of exposure to systems analysis, application development and administration.
* Experience with and understanding of Governance, Risk and Compliance concepts and processes (e.g. policies, audits, controls metrics)
* Experienced in tracking and organizing information
* Experienced in various desktop tools for tracking and managing information
* Experienced in leading work efforts, simple project management
* Experienced in preparing and reporting status 
* Knowledge of corporate operations, including business partner operations, compliance support, code of conduct, and corporate policies and procedures.
* Knowledge of organization structure and responsibilities, regulatory policies and procedures and other subsidiary operations.
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex concepts to various technical and non-technical audiences.
* Time-management, and project-management skills.
* Collaborate well with individuals across the business and IT, as well as at all levels of the organization.
* Experienced in areas of sensitivity, listening/receptivity, leading and motivating others, and open to the opportunities of new ideas and approaches proposed by auditees and project leaders.
* Work Independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field

* Experience with Audit and Compliance controls

* Working knowledge of and experience with AI and governance concepts

* Ability to process information quickly and produce timely materials and documents

* Ability to communicate and influence all levels of employees in a corporate environment

* Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize, and make trade-off decisions.

* Teamwork and collaboration.

* Policy development and review

* Industry certification (i.e., CISA, KPI (Metrics), HCISPP)

* Data Modelling/ Visualization experience

* Understand key IT/IS/Business concepts and how to articulate them in terms of risk

* Understanding of key IT/IS laws and regulations such as HIPAA, as well as governance and compliance frameworks (NIST, COBIT, ITIL, HITRUST)

* Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau and Power BI

* Demonstrated desire for continued technical growth
